Sometimes errors happen when submitting RTI (Real Time Information) data to HMRC. Use the steps in this guide to resolve them.

Resolution

Before you can resolve the issue, you must find what the error message is. If you already know what it is, check the list below.

  1. Select Summary in the menu bar.
  2. Find the HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) Scheme section.
  3. Select Resolve.
