What to tell your employees
To help you inform your employees of the change to their payslips portal, we've created a suggested email template below that you use. This provides a guide for them that explains the changes in more detail.

To help you use Sage HR Online Services going forward, visit the Employee Support Hub. This includes instructions on how to log in, how to view your payslips, and how to download the Sage HR app to access payslips on your phone - View hub >
If you have any issues that you can't find answers for in that hub or the Sage Help Centre, please contact us, not Sage. Only the payroll administrator has access to speak to Sage support directly if required.
