New login page
The way you log in to access your payslips online is now different.
Going forward you have three different ways you can log in to access your payslips:
- Option 1 - On a computer or tablet, you can use the link in your next payslip notification to your company's unique sign in page e.g. https://smithcoffeeshop.sage.hr/signin
- Option 2 - On a computer or tablet you can also log in via the general Sage HR sign in page: https://sage.hr/signin
- Option 3 - On a mobile phone you can download and log in the Sage HR app
NOTE: If you have any problems trying to log in, please check with your employer which email address they have you under in their new portal. Other troubleshooting steps are available in our Can't log in guide.
What Sage HR Online Services looks like on a computer or tablet
Once you're logged in via the Sage HR website on a computer or tablet, your online payslips portal page looks similar to the screenshot below.
NOTE: The options you see may vary depending on whether you are an admin or an employee user, and if you have access to the Sage HR modules too.
Your new view of uploaded payslips on a computer
When logged in to Sage HR Online Services on a computer or tablet, our video below shows you how to view your payslips and P60s and what they look like.
View payslips on your phone using the Sage HR app
Unlike your old portal, a free dedicated mobile app is available to download for Sage HR Online Services. This means you can view your payslips from your mobile phone, anytime, anywhere. You can even receive mobile notifications when your payslip is ready to view. You can see how this is done in our video below.
TIP: For the best experience on your phone, please access your payslips using the Sage HR app, not your mobile internet browser such as Safari or Chrome etc.
