Even though you can't disable 2FA requirement for your Sage account, you can remove the current device that you use for it. You would do this when for example:
Follow the steps below to remove your 2FA device.
NOTE: If you can't authenticate to log into Account Management, you can use your recovery method to reset 2FA. You'll receive confirmation of the device's removal.
To set up 2FA again, you can manually enable 2FA, or you may be prompted to set it up the next time you log into your Sage product/service.
TIP: If you previously set up 2FA for an authenticator app, remember to delete Sage from your authenticator app before trying to set it up again on the app.
If you don't have access to the device to log in at account.sso.sage.com you can use your recovery method to reset your 2FA.
