How to resolve issues when Remote Data Access data is out of sync in Sage 50 Accounts v28 or above.
Data can be out of sync for a few reasons:
- The Remote Data Access connection fails
- Each computer connects to a different set of data
- You haven't connected to Remote Data Access

▼ How to check if your data is in sync If you're not sure if your data is in sync, compare the information on the About page on both computers.
- When logged into your company click Help, then About.
- In the middle column, scroll down to Data Information.

- Check the numbers under Data Information, Invoice & Orders, and Records.
- If they're not the same, follow the steps below.
