If both computers have the same Dataset ID, they're sharing the same company data using Remote Data Access. Follow the steps below to resolve the problem. Refresh the module On all computers with the issue: - Back up your data.
- Open the module with the different data and click Refresh at the top of the window.
- Go to Help, then About and check the records or transactions are now the same.
