When you set up e-banking, you need to select the relevant Electronic Banking Bank Type via the Bank details tab in the Bank Record.

If the only option available from the drop down is 0 Not Selected, or the relevant bank type is not listed, it is because it has not been downloaded and installed on the computer you are using.
The following steps can also be followed when the Electronic Banking option is missing in Sage 50 Accounts v30 and above.
If the Electronic Banking and Bank Type option is missing, this means there's an issue with your installation of Sage 50 Accounts. To resolve this:
Repair your installation of Sage 50 Accounts. This can be done by running the install application you downloaded again, and choosing the Repair option:

Click OK to begin the repair, and then try again after it's completed.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you'll need to fully uninstall and then reinstall Sage 50 Accounts. Here's how:
After completing the above, set up eBanking again and you'll now have options to select in the drop down box. If your bank isn't listed in the drop down, continue to the section below.
If your bank type isn't listed:
NOTE: Be sure to close Sage 50 Accounts before installing the plug-in.
