How to disconnect a company from your Sage account from Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 or above.

Description

If you have already connected your Sage account to Sage 50 Accounts, you can disconnect it if needed.

Ensure you disconnect any connected services such as Remote Data Access (RDA), Bank Feeds, or Invoice Payments first.

Before you start


Disconnect the company from your Sage account

  1. Click Connected Services, and then click Disconnect Sage account.
  2. The Disconnect Sage account window will show you which services will disconnect.
  3. If you want to continue disconnecting, click Disconnect Sage account.
  4. On the confirmation prompt, click Disconnect.

You'll then see the Sage account successfully disconnected message.
