Download the Sage HR app

Use the Sage HR app available for iOS and Android, to access Sage HR Online Services and your payslips on your phone.

 TIP: If your company uses additional modules, you can use the Employee guides for Sage HR modules article for further information. If you're unsure whether these additional modules are available to you, contact your employer. 

Before you start

Before you download the app, make sure you've checked the following:

• Your employer uses Sage HR Online Services. You can only access companies on the Sage HR app that use Sage HR Online Services
  
  If your company uses Sage Employee Online Services, you can't access this portal on the Sage HR app.
  
  
• You've set up your access from your welcome email. You can't log in until you've received a welcome email from your employer and set up your access to Sage HR Online Services
  
   NOTE: If you don't have a welcome email or it's expired, get in touch with your employer. Only they can send this invite to you to set up your access. 

How to download the app

Go to the App Store or Google Pay to download the Sage HR app onto your phone. Search Sage HR in your app store, or select the relevant link below.

Once you successfully install the app, you'll see the icon above on your phone's home screen.
