How to activate your access to Sage Employee Online Services from your welcome email.

Description

Once your employer sets you up for Sage Employee Online Services, they need to send you a welcome email to create your Sage account. You can't log into Sage Employee Online Services to view your payslips and P60s before they do this.

Resolution

Activate your account

  1. Select the link in your welcome email to register.
  2. Follow the on screen instructions to create your Sage account.

I don't have a welcome email

If you haven't received your welcome email, check with your employer that they sent one. There could be other reasons why you haven't received it yet, such as your employer has used the wrong email address. Run through checks in the article, I don't have a welcome email.


My welcome email has expired

If the link in your welcome email has expired, you must contact your employer. Only their admin user for Sage Employee Online Services can resend you a new welcome email. 


Next steps

You can log in to your online portal - Sage Employee Online Services at any time to download and view your payslips.

NOTE: If you leave your employment but the same employer re-employs you, you'll receive a new welcome email. You won't need to create a Sage account as it already exists from before.
