How to log in to the Sage HR app to access your payslips on your mobile phone.
Resolution
Prepare to use the app
- Downloaded the app
- Set up your access from your welcome email before you log in. Don't have one or it's expired? Contact your employer so they can resend you a welcome email
- Make sure that your employer uses Sage HR Online Services
NOTE: You can only access companies on the Sage HR app that use Sage HR Online Services. If your company uses Sage Employee Online Services, this is a different online payslip portal. Log in via the app
- Open the app. Enter your email address.
After entering your email, it will prompt you to enter your password. If you have more than one company on Sage HR Online Services, you need to confirm the workspace URL you want to log into.
If you need to log in to a different workspace URL to the one autopopulated, delete it and re-enter the workspace for your other company.

- If the workspace is correct, select Next.
- On the new Sage account login page, enter your password then select Log in.
