| Each Sage HR company has its own unique workspace, also known as a domain. When your email address is linked to multiple Sage HR companies when you log in via the Sage HR app you need to enter your company's workspace. This is to log you into that specific company. 
If you don't know what your company's workspace is, we explain below how to find out what it is.
How do I find my workspace?Check your URL when logged into Sage HR Online ServicesLog in to Sage HR Online services via the website version. Once you're logged in, look at your URL at the top of the page. Take note of what it says just before .sage.hr as this is what you need to enter into the Sage HR app. 
Check your Welcome email
Another way to find your workspace is to check the welcome email.  NOTE: If you've not received a welcome email yet please check your junk/spam folder and contact your employer so they can check if they've sent it and entered your correct email address when they set you up. If the email address is correct, they can resend the welcome email.
EXAMPLE: The email states that the subdomain (workspace) is overlookhoteloc.sage.hr - The bit that you need is before sage.hr i.e. overlookhoteloc Go back to your Sage HR app, then enter the workspace. Make sure you enter it correctly.
