| Description | In the Automated Payment Reminders window, you can manage schedule settings to create your Reminder settings and your Schedule Settings. NOTE: Automated Payment Reminders is only available in Sage 50 Accounts Professional. If you're interested in upgrading, leave your details and we'll be in touch.

| Resolution | Set up your Schedule settings - Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
- On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.
 - On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select Manage automated reminders.
 - Click Settings then Schedule settings on the Automated Payment Reminders window:
- Run every Day, Week, or Month at a specific time
- Choose Run now to send your emails immediately
