Choose the invoice and statement layouts you want to email your customers when using the Debt Management feature.

 NOTE: The layouts option is only available in Sage 50 Accounts Professional. If you're interested in upgrading, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

Choose your layout

1. Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
2. On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.

3. On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select Manage layouts.

4. On the Layout selection window, click Browse to select your invoice and statement layouts from the list.

5. Select your chosen invoice or statement then click OK.
6. Click Save on the Layout selection window.

 TIP: You can also select or edit your layouts in Reminder settings on the Automated Payment Reminders window.
