Repair and run as admin Follow the look after your data article to repair your database, then use the run as administrator option to open your software. Delete Internet submission files and reinstall payroll - Close Sage 50 Payroll.
- Press the Windows key
+ R, and enter the following path then click OK: - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Internet Submissions\V5
TIP: This is a hidden folder that you can't browse to, you must use the above commands. - Delete the following files:
- Esubs.model
- Esubs.model.interfaces
- Esubs.view
- Esubs.viewmodel
- SgEData
- SgELauncher
- Check that your Windows profile has full permissions to C:\program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage.
- Re-install Sage 50 Payroll. For help with doing this, visit the download and install Sage 50 Payroll article.
- If the issue still occurs, delete the above folders again then follow the Microsoft .NET Frameworks article.
Internet browser Close Sage 50 Payroll then change your default Internet browser in your Windows settings. You can then log back in to your software and submit the FPS. Windows updates Pending Windows updates can affect your submissions from Sage 50 Payroll. Install any pending Windows updates, and restart your computer. NOTE: For help or advice with Windows updates, contact your IT support. You can then try again to submit your FPS.
