Does my bank support bank feeds?

We support most major banks. Use the guide below to check:


How often do bank feeds update?

Bank feeds update once a day after you connect your account. They don’t show a live balance.

If your feed hasn't updated for more than three days, check the following guide:

 TIP: A 1 day delay is normal.

Can I import older bank statements while bank feeds are active?

Yes. Disconnect the feed, import your statement, then reconnect it.


Why can’t I find the ledger account I need?

Start typing the account name to narrow the list. If you still don’t see it, check its visibility in the Chart of Accounts.


Why are some transactions missing from my bank feed?

Confirm the transactions appear on your online bank statement. Also check that you haven’t already processed the transactions.
