Bank feed is not updating
Description

Bank feeds automatically check for new transactions once a day, typically in the morning.

Most banks provide transactions daily for the previous day.

Depending on the provider, some banks take longer to update. 

 NOTE: If your bank feed is only one day behind, this is normal and expected behaviour.  

If you notice your bank feed last updated longer than 3 working days ago, there are some actions you can take.

Resolution
  1. Check the status of the bank feed. Any known issues with bank feeds show on the Bank Feed Status page.
  2. Log in to your online bank account to confirm there are new transactions to show. 
  3. Try reauthorising your bank feed.
  4. If necessary, reconnect your bank feed
  5. If you have tried the above, disconnect your bank feed and then connect your bank again.
