Before you update your Sage 50 Payroll email settings, move your mailboxes to on-premise.
Updating your email settings within your software
- Locate and select the document you want to email, then click Email.
- If a Criteria window appears, enter any relevant criteria, then click OK.
TIP: If you've changed the email address you send layouts from, they go to your email Inbox or Drafts folder. If you didn't configure them, continue to step 3.
- When prompted to send the document as an attachment, click Yes.
- In the Provider drop-down select Microsoft Outlook.
- In the Format drop-down, select the required document format.
- Click OK.
