When you upload payslips or upload P60s to Sage HR Online Services, your employees receive notifications that they're ready to view. Your employee receives an email, and if they have the Sage HR app downloaded, they also get a silent phone notification too. NOTE: Employees only get a notification for historical payslips if you select the notify option. Notification email Your employees receive the following email:  When they log in, their payslip will be available to view in their profile. If you schedule to upload your payslips on a future date, your employee gets this notification on the scheduled date. TIP: Notifications come from [email protected]. Advise your employees to check that their email security doesn't block emails from this address if they query why they haven't received anything. This setting is enabled by default, but if employees don't want to get email notifications, it's easy for them to switch these off. Sage HR app notification When your employee taps the notification on their phone, they log in and are taken directly to the payslip or P60 in the app. This setting is enabled by default. If employees don't want to get push notifications on their phones, they can switch off Sage HR app notifications from within their phone settings.
