Enable or disable email notifications - Sage Employee Online Services
Description

In Sage Employee Online Services you can control whether you want to receive email notifications from your employer, for example when your payslips is ready to view online.

This can be done via your profile in Sage Employee Online Services. We show you how to do this in the steps below.

 NOTE: These steps are for Sage Employee Online Services. If you use Sage HR Online Services, please use our alternative guide to enable or disable email notifications.

  1. Log in to your Sage Employee Online Services portal as normal.
  2. After you log in, click My profile.



  3. Select the Receive email notifications check box. 



  4. Enter the email address that you want email notifications to go to. 
  5. Click Update.

You will now get Sage Employee Online Services notifications for this company. To not receive notifications follow the same steps as above, but this time deselect Receive email notifications.


Not receiving payslip notifications?
