To resolve why you're not receiving payslip email notifications, make the following checks.


Check payslip notifications are enabled

  1. Log in to Sage Employee Online Services via www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk.

     TIP: Having issues logging in to Sage Employee Online Services? Use our guide, I can't log in. 

  2. After you log in, click My profile.
  3. SMake sure the Receive email notifications check box is selected.



  4. Click Update.

Check your email address

In the same place you checked whether email notifications were enabled, check the Notification email address is correct.


Check junk or spam folder

Check their junk or spam folder and check their email security doesn't block the email address: 


If the issue persists after all these checks, please contact your employer for them to investigate with Sage 50 Payroll support.
