Run as administrator The quickest way to resolve this is to run the Sage MTD Submissions Module as an administrator. TIP: Switch to Connecting to your Sage Accounts data using a UNC path instead of a mapped drive before running as administrator. If the issue persists, follow the Rename the MTDBridgeCredentials and Entitlement folders section Rename the MTDBridgeCredentials and Entitlement folders - Browse to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Sage\SageMTDBridge and open the SageMTDBridge.log in notepad.
- In the SageMTDBridge.log, you can see the following:
 These errors indicate a connection issue between the MTDSubmission module and the Sage licensing server, due to Firewall or Antivirus settings. Modify your Antivirus and check the Firewall requirements to allow SageMTDBridge.exe to run without interruption. For help with this, contact your IT support. - If you see the log files similar to below:

Entering the incorrect licence details when you first open the module can cause this issue. To resolve this, rename the MTDBridgeCredentials and Entitlement folders. - In File Explorer, browse to the following location, for example:
- C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Sage\SageMTDBridge
- C:\Users\<<<USERNAME>>>\AppData\Local\Sage\SageMTDBridge
- Right-click the MTDBridgeCredentials folder, select Rename and rename to MTDBridgeCredentials.old.
- Repeat step 5, renaming the Entitlement folder to Entitlement.old.
