Enter your company detailsTo access your company settings, click Company, then click Settings. You can then enter your company information into each of the areas below. Details Enter your company name, address and PAYE reference. If your company is eligible, you can also check the relevant boxes to set up to claim: You can also setup your company to operate the following: Bank Enter your bank details, including account type, name and number. You can also enable the e-Banking feature so you can easily pay your employees, using your payroll data. This means you can make payments directly to your employee's bank accounts from your computer. Coinage If you pay any of your employees in cash, you can enter useful information in this tab > - Specify minimum quantities of certain notes and coins used in employees' payments

Value in Pounds / Pence | This column can't be amended. It displays each denomination of note and coin available. | Minimum Quantity | Enter the minimum quantity of each note or coin to be used in payment calculations. If you don't want to specify a minimum quantity, leave the value as zero. For example, if you enter a minimum quantity of 3 for £50, Sage 50 Payroll doesn't use fewer than three £50 notes to make up any cash payments. If an employee is paid £100, their pay is made up from the next highest denomination selected, for example five £20 notes. If you don't enter a minimum quantity for £50 and an employee is due £100, their pay is made up with two £50 notes. | Include in Analysis | By default, this is set to yes for each denomination. If you don't want to include a specific note or coin in cash payments, from the relevant drop-down list choose No. For example, if you set £50 to No, Sage 50 Payroll doesn't use £50 notes to make up any cash payments. | Absence If you want to record employee holidays and absence, you can enter the start of your holiday and absence year here. Enter statutory funding from HMRC > HMRC PaymentsSelect the accounts office you make your payments to. Your accounts office is allocated by your local tax office. If you're unsure which accounts office you should use, contact HMRC. Enter your accounts office reference. This is a unique number from HMRC for your business that you use when you make payments to HMRC. It's different to the tax district reference which indicates your local tax district and tax office.
