This update introduces improvements that help you work more efficiently, while preparing for future upgrades.

Sage Copilot Debt management

We've enhanced the Debt management feature in v32.1 to include Automated Payment Reminders. This enables you to streamline how you chase and follow up outstanding payments.  NOTE: We’re currently rolling out Sage Copilot in the UK. While it’s not yet available in Ireland, we’re planning for a potential launch as part of our Sage 50 Accounts Roadmap. We’ll provide updates as progress continues. 

Sage Copilot visibility and onboarding improvements

Sage Copilot is now easier to find, understand, and activate in v32.1. We’ve made key improvements to help you get started faster:

  • We've added icons next to the relevant modules, so you can quickly see where Copilot is available
  • Onboard faster with the Update your profile window, which allows users to create their own profile

Sage Assistant

We've added our new intelligent assistant that's available 24/7 to help you solve any support queries you have.

Other changes

File locking

Sage Copilot Debt management is now an exclusive program area. While you're logged in, others see a message that it's in use.
