Known Issue: Blank bank feeds authentication page

We've resolved the blank window or the 'Reauthorisation required' error when setting up Bank Feeds in Sage 50 Accounts.

You can either see a blank screen or the error:

'Reauthorisation required: You need to enter your online banking information to retrieve banking transactions.'

Follow the alternative article if you see this message as there has been a temporary bank feeds service disruption.

Reopen Sage

To resolve this issue, close and reopen Sage 50 Accounts.

If the issue persists, follow the rename the LaunchpadSettings file section.

Rename the LaunchpadSettings file

1. Close Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Browse to the folder C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts.
   If the ProgramData folder is hidden, you can show hidden files and folders.
3. Rename the file LaunchpadSettings.xml to LaunchpadSettings.old
4. Reopen Sage 50 Accounts.

If the issue persists and you're using Sage 50 Accounts v33 or above, follow the disconnect Bank Feeds section.

Disconnect Bank Feeds

1. Go to Bank Feeds.
2. Select the settings cog on the relevant bank.
   
3. Select Disconnect Bank feeds.
    

 

4. Once disconnected, you can set up Bank feeds again.
