What to do when your bank feed doesn't update in Sage Accounting.
Description
Bank feeds automatically check for new transactions once a day, typically in the morning.
Most banks provide transactions daily for the previous day.
Depending on the provider, some banks take longer to update.
NOTE: If your bank feed is only one day behind, this is normal and expected behaviour.
If you notice your bank feed last updated longer than 3 working days ago, there are some actions you can take.
Resolution
- Check the status of the bank feed. Any known issues with bank feeds show on the Bank Feed Status page.
- Log in to your online bank account to confirm there are new transactions to show.
- Try reauthorising your bank feed.
- If necessary, reconnect your bank feed.
- If you have tried the above, disconnect your bank feed and then connect your bank again.
