Description

For security reasons, you need to reauthenticate your bank feed every 90 days.

Reconnect a bank feed

  1. From Banking, select Bank accounts.
  2. Find the bank account you need to reauthorise. You'll see a message on the account tile advising that you need to reauthorise the connection.
  3. Select Actions then Reauthorise connection.
  4. Follow the steps to re-enter your online banking credentials and authorise the connection.

NOTE:

Once you've reconnected, it can take up to 72 hours for your bank transactions to show.
