Reconnect a bank feed
Description

For added security, you need to reauthenticate your bank feed every 90 days.

We moved some of our bank feeds to open banking technology and turned off our older bank feeds. To continue importing transactions from your bank, disconnect and reconnect your existing bank feed. You'll need the sign-in details for your online bank account to reconnect your feed.

Reconnect a bank feed

  1. From Banking, find the bank account you need to reauthorise. You'll see a message on the account tile advising that you need to reauthorise the connection.
  2. Select Actions then Reauthorise connection.
  3. Follow the steps to re-enter your online banking credentials and authorise the connection.

You have successfully re-authorised your bank feed.

NOTE: When reconnecting you will not be able to change the user name. If your user name has changed, you'll need to disconnect the bank feed, then reconnect again.

If you have manually disconnected your bank feed you'll need to connect to your bank. Read more on how to connect your bank >
