After 90 days, your bank feed connection expires. Your bank requires you to re-enter your online banking credentials. 

1. Go to Banking, find the bank account that shows the reauthorisation message.
2. Select Actions, then Reauthorise connection.
   
   TIP:

   If nothing pops up when you select Reauthorise connection, make sure you've allowed pop-ups in your web browser.

    
3. Follow the prompts to enter your online banking credentials and authorise the connection.
   
   NOTE:

   It can take up to 72 hours for transactions to start pulling through once you've reconnected.
