Complete this process every 90 days as required by Open Banking legislation, re-entering your banking credentials

Reauthorise a bank feed

You'll need to reauthenticate your bank feed if there's a "!" next to the bank balance

  1. From Banking, find the bank account you need to reauthorise. You'll see a message or a "!" on the account tile advising that you need to reauthorise the connection.
  2. Select Actions then Reauthorise connection.

  3. Follow the steps to re-enter your online banking credentials and authorise the connection.
