Editing a completed pay run that used timesheet integration

Editing a pay run will show you the same timesheet-related information as when you originally processed the pay run. This will show any payments that:

• Had an Approved HR timesheet tag
• Had a Pay values edited in Payroll tag
• Have no tag and weren't synced

How it works in Payroll

Corrections made to a pay run follow the same process as not using timesheet integration.

When you over-type the quantity for an Approved HR timesheet figure, you'll see a warning message. Click the I understand button before continuing.

How it affects Sage HR

Changes made in Sage Payroll don't sync back to Sage HR. This means that you must manually update Sage HR to match any changes you have made in Sage Payroll.

 NOTE: Declining the timesheet in Sage HR won't have any effect as Sage Payroll has already processed it with an Approved HR timesheet tag.
