You may encounter unexpected errors when using connected services if your data path includes a domain name, whether it's a mapped drive or a UNC path.
A list of all mapped drives appears. The UNC path is in the Remote column.
Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 may crash when you click Reconnect using Sage account in the Manage cloud connection window and enter your Sage account credentials.
NOTE: This issue is resolved in v32.1 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version upgrade now.Remove the domain name from the data path, using either the computer name only or the IP address.
