You move data for troubleshooting purposes. | Work without Sage Account | No need to connect your Sage Account. |
You move data because you get a new server. | Reconnect with Sage Account | This is a brand new location, you need to sign in with your Sage Account. |
If your Sage Account (Sage ID) details have become invalid. | Reconnect with Sage Account | The software requires your Sage ID to continue. |
You have no internet connection, or the Sage ID service is not available. | Work without Sage Account | Where the service is down or no internet is available, when the user logs in, they'll need to select work without Sage Account. |
If you're an accountant using Client Manager and you install v30.1 before your client has updated. | Work without Sage Account | The accountant can work as normal but the client needs to log in with their Sage ID on their computer to resolve. |
If you're an accountant using Client Manager and you restore a backup from v29.2 or below into v30.1 | Work without Sage Account | The accountant can work as normal but the client needs to log in with their Sage ID to resolve. |
