Summary
The Electronic Banking box isn't visible in the bank record or the EPayments option doesn't work in Sage 50 Accounts. This occurs after installing Sage 50 Payroll.
Description
Installing Sage 50 Payroll when using e-Banking in Sage 50 Accounts causes the Electronic Banking box to disappear from the Bank Details tab. This can also cause the E-payments window to fail to appear.
This is caused by installing Sage 50 Payroll while using Sage 50 Accounts v30.0 or above.

Resolution
To resolve the issue, you'll need to repair your Sage 50 Accounts installation. To do this:
- On your computer, go to Start or press the Windows key and type add.
- Select the Add or remove programs option.
- Locate your Sage 50 Accounts software and select Modify.
- Click the option to Repair your installation.

- Press OK.
- Select Yes or Approve to any prompts for permission for the application to make changes.
- Once the repair installation is complete, launch Sage 50 Accounts again.
