Resolution
I have a 64-bit operating system
If you have a 64-bit operating system, we recommend you use the 64-bit version of Sage 50 Accounts.
Download the 64-bit version of Sage 50 Accounts.
I have a mixture of 64-bit and 32-bit computers
If you use Sage 50 Accounts on a network of computers, v30 will work even if you have a mixture of different operating system architectures. You just need to install the right version on each computer. 32-bit and 64-bit versions will still communicate with each other and can access the same company data too.
I have integrated apps that don't support 64-bit
You’ll need to use the 32-bit version of Sage 50 Accounts if your connected apps don't support 64-bit. You can download the 32-bit version.
NOTE: If you installed the 64-bit version, you need to uninstall it first. For help with uninstalling, see our article.
Once you’ve installed the 32-bit version, your connected apps should work as normal.
What's next?
After you download the installer for the 32-bit version, just follow the instructions in our main installation article to get it up and running in no time.
