You can email your employees their payslips directly from Sage Payroll.
Send them in bulk or individually as a password-protected PDF document.
NOTE: The email sends from a generic Sage email address, not from your registered Sage email address.
This will save time and enable the employee to access their payslip at any time.
You need to set up the employee's record to allow for emailed payslips. Then once you have run a pay run, you can email the payslips to them.
NOTE: Passwords are a minimum of eight characters. Password must contain at least one special character, a lower case character, and a capital letter.
