Summary

How to use analysis types to gain detailed data in your Sage Accounting reports.

Analysis types allow you to group and categorise your transactions. Once set up, you can get in-depth data on multiple reports.

Once you create analysis types, you can run the following reports to see them:

Go to Reporting, then More and select the relevant report.
Select More, then choose the relevant Analysis Type from the dropdown menu.
Select Calculate to see the filtered results.

You need to create analysis types for the filter to appear.
