Summary

The Summary shows the performance of your business at a glance. From here you can view your money in, money out, and your bank balances.

You can choose to view the following information for this month or this year:

Money in

This shows your total income for the current calendar month or for the calendar year to date, including VAT.

From here you can view your money in transactions that make up the balance:

• Hover over the Money in tile > select View. The income and expense day book opens and lists your money in transactions

You can also record a money in transaction, simply select Add > complete the details as normal.

Money Out

Balance

This shows your profit for the current calendar month or for the calendar year to date.

 TIP: This is a gross profit figure and calculates by subtracting your total expenses from your total income. 

From here you can view the Income and Expense Day Book which allows you to view transactions from accounts on certain dates, simply select View on the tile.

Banking

This shows your bank accounts and balances.

From here you can open the bank record, simply select on the relevant bank tile.
