When you first purchase Sage software, the confirmation email includes your serial number and activation key.

To upgrade your software, or to activate more modules, you need your serial number, activation key and sometimes your account number.

If you have your account number and postcode, you can retrieve these details using the form below.

Alternatively, you can retrieve all of this information from your My Sage Account at signon.sage.co.uk/.

Select the box if you're in the Republic of Ireland without a postcode. Enter the last five digits of the organisation's phone number.
