Download Sage software from My Sage

How to download your Sage software from the My Sage website.

1. Visit My Sage then click Sign in.
2. Enter your My Sage Login Email address and click Continue.
   If you don't have a My Sage account you will be prompted to Create a My Sage login.
3. Enter your Password and click Log in.
   
   If you forget your password or want to change it, click Forgot password?
   
   
4. If prompted, click Select for the required company.
5. Click the Software tab, then click Downloads.
6. From the Find downloads by drop-down select either:
   • Your product serial number - if you know this enter your serial number, then click the Search button
   • One of your products - then select the relevant product from the list, then click the Search button
   • One of your registrations - then select your registered product from the list, then click the Search button
7. Click the download icon next to the relevant product.
8. Once complete, to install the software, double-click the download file.
9. Follow the onscreen prompts.

If you need further guidance to install your software, visit the Sage Help Centre, then select your product and click Install your software.
