I've forgotten my Sage account password
Description

Your Sage account grants access to services such as My Sage, Remote Data Access (RDA), and others. 

NOTE:

If you block your account, use our article to unlock your Sage account.

Resolution

Reset your password

  1. Go to account.sso.sage.com.
  2. Enter your Email address and click Continue.
  3. Click Forgot password?
  4. Enter the Email used for your Sage account, then click Continue.
  5. Check your email for the Password reset email.

    TIP:

    Can't see the email? use our guide for no activation or verification email received.

     

  6. In the email, click the link to reset your password.
  7. Enter and confirm your New Password, then click Submit.

You can now log in to your Sage account using your new password.
