How do I get in touch with Sage?

Due to data protection, we're unable to support employees directly, and can only support employers who are using Sage Payroll software. If you're unable to find an answer in the Sage Employee Online Services help centre, contact your employer. Or the person who processes your payroll for them to investigate your query or issue.


Where do I go to log in?

To log in to Sage Employee Online Services, go to sagepayrollservices.co.uk.

Is there a mobile app?

There isn't a mobile app for Sage Employee Online Services. To access it on a mobile phone go to sagepayrollservices.co.uk on your mobile Internet browser.

 NOTE: You can't access Sage Employee Online Services companies on the Sage HR app. This mobile app is for Sage HR companies only. 


How do I register?

You register and set up your access to Sage Employee Online Services from a welcome email sent by your employer. If you don't have a welcome email, contact your employer.


What if my welcome email has expired or I can't find it?

Contact your employer or the person who processes your payroll. They can resend a welcome email to you.


How do I get resent a welcome email?

Contact your employer or the person who processes your payroll. Only they can resend a welcome email to you.


Can Sage resend a welcome email to me?

No, Sage doesn't have access to do this. Only the person who processes your payroll can do this through their software.


When are my payslips available to view?

This is determined by your employer. They control when they upload your payslips to Sage Employee Online Services.


Why are my payslips missing?

If you have payslips missing, it could be that they have been deleted or not yet uploaded. You can find out from your employer why they aren't there. Only they have access to reupload them and make them available for you.


There's an issue with my pay

Sage aren't able to amend the amounts on your online payslips. If you have a query over details such as the amount you've been paid, or any other query, contact your employer. 


I have a query about my pension

If you have a query about your pension, contact the pension provider. This includes queries such as how to opt out, change your contributions, view your pension balance and more.

If you don't know who your pension provider is, contact your employer, they can clarify this for you.

Can Sage send me my payslips?

No, Sage doesn't have access to do this. Only your employer and the person who processes your payroll can send you your payslips directly using their payroll software.


How do I access payslips from my old employer?

If you no longer have access to Sage Employee Online Services, get in contact with your former employer directly to have access to your payslips. They can send you your payslips directly if required.


How do I get access to see payslips from my new employer?

If you don't have access to your new company in Sage Employee Online Services, contact your new employer. They'll look into it and ensure you have access.


Can I change my email address?

If you need to change your email address that you log into Sage Employee Online Services with, contact your employer.


Can I turn off email notifications for my payslips?

You can control whether to receive email notifications telling you your payslips are ready to view. You can do this in your My profile section when logged in - Enable or disable email notifications - Sage Employee Online Services


Why has my payslips portal changed?

If your Online Services have changed and you need to log in elsewhere, your employer may have switched to Sage HR Online Services. Articles for Sage Employee Online Services might not match what you see.

How do I download my payslips?

In all Sage Online Services portals, you’re able to download your payslips as a PDF file to your device. Use the article to Download and view payslips - Sage Employee Online Services.


Who do I contact about an issue with my pay?

Your employer uses Sage software to process your pay and make payslips available to you. If you have a query about the amount, you've been paid or what is shown on your payslip you must contact your employer.


How do I change my details?

If you notice that your details on your payslips are incorrect, such as your name or home address, you must contact your employer. Only they can amend this in their payroll software.


Where can I find my P45?

If your employer uses Online Documents in Sage Employee Online Services, they may have uploaded your P45 as a document. Check with your employer how they've decided to provide you with a P45. Any P45s, if uploaded, can appear in Employee documents within the Documents tab.


How do I get removed from Sage Employee Online Services?

You have to contact your employer. Only they have access to remove you from their company within Sage Employee Online Services.


I don't understand something on my payslip

As your employer processes your payroll, they're best placed to advise on the contents of your payslip.
