How to resolve this error message when logging into Sage 50 Accounts.

Description

This error appears if you’re logged in on another computer or the previous session didn’t close properly.

Resolution

If you're logged in on another computer

  1. Select No on the error message.
  2. Log out on the other computer.
  3. Try logging in again.

If you're not logged in to Sage 50 Accounts on another computer

  1. Click Yes on the error message.
  2. Log in again.

Check your data is in good health before continuing to process.
