Description
This error appears if you’re logged in on another computer or the previous session didn’t close properly.
Resolution
If you're logged in on another computer
- Select No on the error message.
- Log out on the other computer.
- Try logging in again.
If you're not logged in to Sage 50 Accounts on another computer
- Click Yes on the error message.
- Log in again.
Check your data is in good health before continuing to process.
