This article answers this month's common reporting questions for Sage 50cloud Accounts and Sage 50cloud Payroll.

Description

What do I need to do to get Reverse Charge messages to appear on my layouts?

There are a few options to get these messages to appear:

  • If you use Sage 50cloud Accounts v26 or above, the standard layouts in the software already contain these messages.  If your standard layouts don't show this, you may be using layouts from v25 or below.  To fix this you can restore the reports and layouts only backup.  Find out how >
  • If you use a customised layout that was originally created in v25 or below, you can edit the layout to add the Reverse Charge message.  Find out how >

    TIP: If the changes you've made to the standard layouts is minimal, we'd strongly recommend editing a standard layout in v26 or above and reapplying these changes.  Read more >

How can I print my P60s from Sage 50cloud Payroll?

If you intend to send paper copies of your P60s, your year end update contains P60 layouts designed to be printed onto plain paper.  Alternatively you can customise your existing P60 layouts to print onto plain paper.  Find out more >
