Print your P60s on plain paper
Description

To make it easy to print your P60s, your software includes a P60 report layout that prints to plain paper.

 NOTE: The bottom of the P60 layouts contains the wording 'substitute'.  This is a HMRC requirement, indicating the layout is an approved substitute form. Don't remove this message.

Resolution

You don't need to issue a printed P60 to employees if you've uploaded their P60 to Online Services, or you emailed them their P60.

If you're issuing printed P60s, follow the steps below to print them on blank paper.

Print the P60

  1. Click Payroll, then Change Process date and set it to 05/04/2025.
  2. Click Payroll Year End on the bottom left-hand side of payroll.
  3. Click Produce P60s then click Print/Email.
  4. On the Print or Email drop-down list click Print.
  5. Click the Print button beside Print P60s, then from the preview click Print.
  6. Click Close.
  7. Select the box beside I have produced my P60s.
  8. Click Close.
