I've forgotten my Sage account password

Your Sage account grants access to services such as My Sage, Remote Data Access (RDA), and others. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it using the Forgot password? option.

 NOTE:  If your account is blocked, resetting your password will unlock your account and allow you to log in again. For more information visit our article Unlock your Sage account.   

Reset your password

1. Go to account.sso.sage.com.
2. Enter your Email address and click Continue.
3. Click Forgot password?
4. Enter the Email used for your Sage account, then click Continue.
5. Check your email for the Password reset email.
   TIP: Can't see the email? Visit our article, No activation or verification email received.
6. In the email, click the link to reset your password.
7. Enter and confirm your New Password, then click Submit.

You can now log in to your Sage account using your new password.
