When you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, your Sage account automatically locks for five minutes.

If this happens, you have three options:

• Option 1 - Wait five minutes until the account automatically unlocks
• Option 2 - Reset your password to unlock the Sage account
• Option 3 - Create a new Sage account using a different email address
  
   NOTE: If you create a new Sage account to access My Sage, an administrator needs to link it to your company's My Sage account.
