No activation or verification email is received when using 'Forgot your password?' option
Description

When you use the 'Forgot your password?' option, we send you a link in an email that you can use to reset your password.

If you don't receive the email after you've reset your password, check the following:

The email hasn't arrived

Our emails can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, check again later.

NOTE: When you register your account with us, you'll receive a password reset email. Use the create account option on My Sage if your account doesn't register. 


The email is in your spam or junk folder

Check all your mailboxes to ensure no-reply emails aren't in your spam or junk folder due to your settings.

The email address is incorrect

You've typed your email address incorrectly, or used the wrong email address. We recommend starting the process again, making sure you enter your email address correctly and use the correct email address.

Add to safe senders list

To stop our emails from mistakenly going to spam, you can add the email address: [email protected] to your safe sender's list.
