This guide helps you create a login for the My Sage website.

Description

My Sage is a personalised area of the Sage website where you can:

  • View your account information.
  • Find your serial number and activation key for your software.
  • Check your invoices and account balance.
  • Download your software.
  • Access support.
  • Manage access to your account details.

Before you can use My Sage, you must create a Sage account and link it to your My Sage account.

Resolution

Create a Sage Account

  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk
  2. Click New customer? Start here

  3. Enter your Email, First Name and Last Name.
  4. Enter and confirm your Password.

    The password must be between 8 and 20 characters long and contain at least one capital letter, lower-case letter and number.

  5. Click Sign Up.

    An email is sent to your email address containing a Verification Code.

  6. Check your emails and enter the Code and click Verify email.

    If you don't see this email in your in-box, you should check your spam or junk mail folders.

To link your Sage Account to your Sage Account, please continue to the next section.


Activate the Sage Account and link to My Sage

  1. After following the steps above, select I am a new or existing Sage Customer, Business Partner, Accountant or Developer.
  2. Click Next, then enter your contact details.
  3. Click Next, then enter your account details.

    You only need to enter two of the three items of information to identify any existing accounts.

  4. Click Next.

    A message appears to advise that you've been linked to your account or that an email has been sent to the online administrator for authorisation.

    If you receive a message that an email has been sent to the online account administrator, you must wait until they authorise this request before you access the account.

Link a Sage Account to a second My Sage account

  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk and if prompted click Sign in.

    If no option to Sign in appears, continue to step 4.

  2. Enter your Email and click Continue.
  3. Enter your Password and click Log In.
  4. Click My account, then click My accounts.
  5. Click Link to an account.
  6. Select I am a new or existing Sage Customer, Business Partner, Accountant or Developer.
  7. Click Next, then enter your contact details.
  8. Click Next, then enter your account details.

    You only need to enter two of the three items of information to identify any existing accounts.

  9. Click Next.

    A message appears to advise that you've been linked to your account or that an email has been sent to the online administrator for authorisation.

    If you receive a message that an email has been sent to the online account administrator, you must wait until they authorise this request before you access the account.
