Steps on how to create a login for the My Sage website.
Description
When you log in to the My Sage website you can view your account information, check your invoices and account balance, download software, and more. To use My Sage, you must create a login.

Resolution
- Visit My Sage then click New to My Sage? Create a login here.
- Enter your Email address, First Name and Last Name.
- Enter and confirm the Password you want to use. This must be 8 to 20 characters and contain at least one capital letter, lower-case letter and number.
NOTE: The message below indicates that the password you've entered is part of a 3rd-party data leak, unrelated to Sage. For your security you need to use a different password in order to continue:
- Click Sign Up.
- You'll now receive an email containing a verification code. If you don't see this email in your Inbox, check your spam or junk mail folders.
- Enter the Code you receive and click Verify email.
Set up 2-factor authentication now.
Set up 2-factor authentication (2FA), then continue setting up your My Sage account.
- Select I'm a new or existing Sage Customer, Business Partner, Accountant or Developer.
- Click Next, enter your contact details, click Next, then enter your Sage account details.
TIP: You only need to enter two of the three items of information to identify any existing accounts. - Click Next.
You now see one of two messages:
- If a message confirms you've been linked to your Sage account, you're ready to use My Sage. If you have more than one Sage account, Link your My Sage account login to a second account
- Your online administrator will need to approve an email notification to grant you access. This is another person in your company, for example, the Sage account owner. They must follow our steps for Giving a user access to a My Sage account
