Resolution

UPDATED: This issue is resolved in v30.1 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. If you aren't using the latest version upgrade now >

If you are unable to upgrade, use the workaround below.

Workaround
  1. All users need to log out of Sage 50 Accounts.
  2. 1 user to log in to the software, then select Reconnect using your Sage account.
  3. When prompted to sign in, use the Sage account linked to the manager username.
To check this, sign in as Manager. Click Settings, User Management then Users and check the email address next to Manager.

Other users can now log in successfully.

Unable to reconnect

If the Sage account is unavailable temporarily, choose Work without your Sage account. Reconnect when the Manager user is available.

Only 1 user will be able to process until you Reconnect using your Sage account.

If you don't want to use Connected services, or are unable to recover the account used to set them up, follow these steps:

  1. Select Work without using your Sage account.
  2. Disconnect all connected services.
  3. Set up required connected services
