I've forgotten my Sage online account password

Steps to reset your My Sage and any connected services password.

Description

Your Sage account grants access to services such as My Sage, Remote Data Access (RDA), and others. If you forget your password, we can help.

Resolution

Reset your password

  1. Visit My Sage then click Sign in.
  2. Enter your Email address and click Continue.
  3. Click Forgot password?
  4. Enter the Email used for your Sage account, then click Continue.
  5. Check your email for the Password reset email.
    TIP: Can't see the email? No activation or verification email received.
  6. In the email, click the link to reset your password.
  7. Enter and confirm your New Password, then click Submit.

You can now log in to your Sage account using your new password.
